Our 2010 Claret is much like its new label, dark, illusive, and begging to be investigated. The Claret is a rustic wine made with classic proportion and balance. In order to have a sense of place and be true to the high quality fruit inside this bottle, we utilize a softer hand with oak, so the Claret will be more fruit forward and food friendly.
